Loaded Baked Potato & Chicken Casserole


  • 1 kg of chicken breast
  • 8 potatoes
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 TBS fresh ground pepper
  • 1 TBS Paprika
  • 2 TBS Garlic powder
  • 6 TBS Hot Sauce
  • 2 cups grated cheese
  • 1 cup crumbled bacon
  • 1 cup diced green onion


Set the oven to 500°F. In a big bowl, mix the olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and hot sauce.Cube up the potatoes and put them in the bowl.Spray cooking spray on a 9-by-13-inch dish.
Add the potatoes, but don’t take out any of the sauce.For 45 minutes, stir the potatoes every 15 minutes while they are cooking.Cube up the chicken and put it in the bowl with the rest of the sauce.In a small bowl, mix the cheese, bacon, and green onion.
Once the potatoes are done, add the raw chicken that has been marinating.Then put the toppings on the chicken.Bake the chicken for 15 minutes, or until it is done.
